Monique den Ouden
Monique den Ouden has been working as Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Hooghiemstra & Partners since January 2020. Monique is used to operate at a high level and is considered the gatekeeper of managerial affairs and is an important link within and outside the organisation. She is hands-on and has the skills to help office grow to the next level. At Hooghiemstra & Partners she also helps with creating a new structure for the finances of the company (routing and implementation of new accounting program) and has helped organized and standardizeswork processes (development of a business manual).
Monique has extensive experience (more than two decades) in her profession and has worked for various (mid) size and international agencies (such as strategic advice agencies, communication & public affairs offices, etc.). In addition, she is a specialist in developing PR material (her background was first in PR & Advertising).
