Ingrid Morrema

Ingrid has been an associate partner at Hooghiemstra & Partners since November 2023. She advises on the use of data for medical scientific research and development in life sciences and healthcare. Among other things, Ingrid is Data Protection Officer in the medical sector. She also works as an in-house data protection and ethics advisor.

Ingrid previously worked as a consultant at Hooghiemstra & Partners and was a lawyer and in-house counsel. She advised hospitals, research institutions and biotech companies on handling data and bodily material, clinical research, intellectual property, licensing and contracting in general. She has also worked on data sharing issues in forensic care.

Ingrid studied Dutch law (majoring in private law) at Utrecht University. Among other things, she completed the VPR-A course at Leiden University.
