Elles van Geest (1969) has since January 1^st 2019 been an associate partner at Hooghiemstra & Partners and has a background in Law (University of Leiden).Elles specializes in the legal aspects of electronic services, privacy, information and data exchange in chain- computerisation, identity management and it's translation into practice.

Since 2001 Elles has been an advisor and expert in innovative IT processes.Both within the public and private sector.Her extensive practice experience, which spans a period of 25 years, enables her to guide clients through often highly technical matters.
