Lisanne Kramer
Lisanne works on incident analyses and identifying underlying structural causes that present opportunities for improvement. She also supports organizations in their interactions with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). In addition, Lisanne focuses on developing data strategies, performing complex (chain) DPIAs (covering both legal and practical aspects), and has experience as an interim privacy officer at a government ministry.
Lisanne is a dedicated legal expert and advisor with in-depth knowledge of data protection law. She thrives on collaboration, organization, and shaping a clear vision. Lisanne approaches challenges within a broader context to devise actionable strategies aimed at achieving tangible results. While meticulous and precise in her legal advice, she maintains a strong focus on overarching objectives. In short: sharp, solution-oriented, and attuned to various interests and the bigger picture.

Previously, Lisanne worked at the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP), where she handled enforcement procedures, including drafting penalty decisions and orders subject to penalty payments.
In addition to her expertise in data protection law, Lisanne has a keen interest in food law. For this, she works together with professor Bernd van der Meulen of the European Institute for Food Law.
Lisanne earned her master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Leiden University.
