Lisanne Kramer

Lisanne has since March 2020 been consultant at Hooghiemstra and Partners. She obtained her Masters in Administrative Law at the University of Leiden in 2015 and has since worked for the CIBG and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DDPA).

Lisanne wrote her thesis on the publication of administrative fines by the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets in relation to the principle of presumption of innocence but also has an interest in data protection law. In her role at the CIBG, she gave legal advice on the application where she gave legal advice about the application and supervision of the ‘Wet normering topinkomens’ in the area of health care. At the DDPA, Lisanne was involved in complex enforcement procedures whereby she advised research departments and the board of the DDPA. Prior to this, she was involved with the informal enforcement and provided in depth knowledge on the former Dutch Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. 

Lisanne is well-organised, proactive and is result-oriented.
