Daniël Groos

Daniël has been an advisor at Hooghiemstra & Partners since September 1, 2025. As a legal professional, Daniël has in-depth knowledge of data protection law and extensive experience in the ethical and legal aspects of further use of patient data in medical-scientific research.

Previously, Daniël worked at the MLC Foundation and Lygature. There he worked on, among other things, the Code of Conduct for Health Research and data protection in public-private partnerships within healthcare research.

Daniël obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and his Master's degree in Jurisprudence & Philosophy of Law from Leiden University.
