In recent years, Taetske worked at the Ministry of Justice and Security as a counsel for data protection legislation. There, she was intensively involved with the GDPR, the GDPR Implementation Act, and complex interdepartmental privacy issues. Prior to that, she worked on data sharing issues in the security domain, including as a member of the anti-undermining task force and the police directorate. She began her career as a lawyer. This diverse experience and her sharp legal eye, combined with a keen understanding of administrative relationships, make her ideally suited to support government bodies and other organizations with issues related to data protection, transparency, and digital resilience.
Taetske studied Dutch law (civil law) at the University of Groningen.
